BIOGRAPHY OF PAUL D. SCHULDINER
Mr. Paul D. Schuldiner is the National Business Development Director and a Principal of Transcap Trade Finance LLC. Transcap Trade Finance LLC, a Northbrook, Illinois based privately held commercial finance company, is the nation's premier provider of purchase order and trade finance for growing companies who require transaction capital.
Initially as Managing Director of Transcap's Eastern Region, Mr. Schuldiner's responsibilities included the origination, structuring, and management of inventory, purchase order and trade finance credit facilities. Since January 2001, Mr. Schuldiner has been National Business Development Director for Transcap which resulted in expanding sales and marketing efforts nationwide.
Mr. Schuldiner is Transcap's National Apparel and Textile Industry Group Leader and has been interviewed in Women's Wear Daily, Entrepreneur Magazine, Bobbin Magazine as well as having had articles published in The Secured Lender and ABF Journal. Mr. Schuldiner has been a panelist and/or feature speaker for seminars or conferences such as The New Jersey Capital Conference, The New York Institute of Credit, The National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, the Commercial Finance Association, The Secured Lenders of South Florida, and the New York State Society of CPA's.
Before joining Transcap, Mr. Schuldiner spent seven years as a Vice President and Account Executive with the corporate and asset-based lending divisions of a New York based commercial bank and finance company. He has also held a position as a Senior Accountant with an international public accounting firm.
Mr. Schuldiner, who is a Certified Public Accountant, received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Queens College , City University of New York.
Mr. Schuldiner is a past Chairman of the New York State Society of CPA's Apparel and Textile Committee and is a member of the Garden State Credit Associates, the Secured Lenders of South Florida, and the New Jersey State Society of CPA's. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Management Association, and on the Executive Committee of the Commercial Finance Association.
